As a broker agent for ILS you will:
Be part of the $100 Billion 3pl industry that continues to grow annually.
Build and cultivate relationships with shippers and carriers.
Solve situations and scenarios on a daily basis to maximize service and profit.
Experience unlimited growth potential in income, size and territory.
Work directly with every level of professionals from CEOs thru dock personnel.
Organize a plan and execute the movement of freight, tracking it from start to finish.
Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers.
Make executive decisions that will control and alter the outcome.
Source carriers thru our network and or software for best service and capacity.

Requirements
Minimum experience of 1 year of direct freight brokerage or 2 years in transportation.
Established customer base willing to tender freight to you to help jump start your freight broker agency. Most agents start with active shippers in hand and have the ability to develop and cultivate new shippers.
Home based or equivalent office or the ability to have it set up in a reasonable amount of time. Minimum required computer, fax, phone, and high speed internet (DSL or better).
